Mr. James B. Cederdahl

Managing Director, Property Management

Mr. James B. Cederdahl was promoted to Managing Director, Property Management in January 2006. He joined the Trust as Senior Property Manager in August 1994 and was promoted to Director in 1999. Between 1984 and 1994, he performed management and leasing operations for a portfolio consisting of both retail and office buildings at Gates, Hudson, & Associates. Mr. Cederdahl received a BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of South Carolina. Mr. Cederdahl is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Property Managers Association (PMA).
