WRIT recognized the unique opportunity to develop a luxury residential building from the strategic acquisitions of several parcels of land and additional development rights associated with our 1600 Wilson Boulevard office building in Rosslyn. Even before the start of construction, WRIT created approximately $13 million of value from the land assemblage and zoning modifications.

Bennett Park features 224 luxury apartment units and 5,800 square feet of retail space located in an ideal location.
