Dulles Station
In late 2005, WRIT acquired a building site in Herndon, Virginia on the Dulles access corridor. This two-phase project will first feature a 180,000 square foot office building with clear visibility from Dulles Toll Road. The second phase of Dulles Station will be a 360,000 square foot office building with retail space.
